A quick note on why we will refer to our work as wedding cinema or wedding films. We try to escape the negative connotation that the word video has attached to it, specifically “wedding video”. I hope this is not too pretentious but see that we really do attempt to capture the moments of your virgin island wedding in an artistic way.

There will be moments in life that are so rare and so precious that you will want them recorded for ever. Imagine if you had someone record some of your favorite memories with loved ones at family gatherings or parties. Now keep in mind that we fully edit the films in order to make sure everyone looks great :)

The best part of filming destination weddings is the human interaction especially in the midst of such amazing elements. This is an incredible event! Truly once in a lifetime!

During an initial conversation we like to hear what you envision your wedding film looking like and what level of interaction you want us to have at your event. Some choose to have multiple camera and operators and some choose the utmost discretion with as little gear visible as possible. These options are all available for you to choose. Our packages are priced very reasonably in order for us to capture as much of your day as possible.

My wife and I did not have the good fortune to have either a photographer or videographer at our wedding 15 years ago. We work hard from this perspective to feel what we would have loved to be able to see recorded.

Please enjoy this clip of one of my favorite wedding films we have assembled. It is a true story. What you won’t see are the interviews with the groom and the bride as they get ready, as well as the ceremony etc but you should get an idea of our flow and style.

We have been in these islands all of our lives. We know how to work with the light, the elements and the flora and fauna of the US Virgin Islands. St. Thomas, St. John and Water Island are all part of our back yard. We are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to weddings in the Virgin Islands wether it’s a venue, florist, planner or resort we can help steer you in the right direction.
